An incredibly tricky project owing to an especially steep site, massive client wish-list, highly restrictive Council development guidelines, numerous mature trees to retain & tight budget!

Our design approach was driven largely by the natural slope & capturing views to the rear of the site. The internal levels had to be stepped across the length of the site & to all three stories, careful attention had to be paid to the transitions in levels & layout to ensure that the flow of the spaces felt seamless.
