Positioned at the end of a street & adjoining a school oval, this multi-unit development is located in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburb of Boronia.

With housing affordability on the decline throughout Melbourne, multi-unit developments are fast becoming the new norm across most suburban neighborhoods, springing up and replacing the detached home on a typical allotment.

The project involved subdividing a large 985m2 allotment into 4 separate lots, comprising 3 double storey & 1 single storey townhouse, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and double garage.

For this project our goal involved achieving maximum yield on site for our client whilst balancing Council’s highly restrictive subdivision guidelines.

For each townhouse, our design outcome incorporated plenty of landscaped open space, compact yet functional dwellings, attractive modern building design all on a shoestring budget.
