This Multi-gen project involved a brother & sister collaborating on a dual occupancy development; acquiring a site, designing their forever homes, obtaining permits, planning and managing their own build closely supported by HX along the whole process.

By managing the whole process themselves, our Clients were able to design a home with us that would suit their individual architectural themes, lifestyles, budgets, timeframes & most importantly, lower overall costs as they assume the role of the developer.
