A once well-loved family home sitting on close to half an acre, has now been repurposed into 6 boutique town homes.

Each featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a light-filled open living area connected to an outdoor alfresco & spacious private yard.

The brief sought to strike a balance between maximum yield, quality design, affordability & Council’s strict development guidelines.

This was achieved through a considered & collaborative effort between designer, developer & private town planner.

Inspired by the rustic charm of country living & the leafy surrounds, the contemporary homes have been designed in the spirit of the Hamptons style.

The generous entry porches, lush gardens, hipped roofs, weatherboard & render exteriors typical of the neighbourhood have been emulated in this project.

Inside, a fresh, minimal palette includes white groove panelling for kitchen & bathrooms, pale oak flooring, warm whites, pastel greens & timber accent throughout.

Our intent throughout this project was to create homes that not only were appealing to buyers & cost effective to build, but also; long-lasting, energy efficient, low-maintenance & thoughtfully designed to ensure comfortable living for future occupants.
